Villa Adereza is a three story exclusively designed summerhouse, situated at the edge of the Adriatic Sea, ultimate in comfort, the true home away from home. A Mediterranean style dominates the interior, dorned with numerous pieces of art by renowned Croatian artists , precious items from the owner's family collection. The villa can accommodate 10 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on three levels with beautiful terraces, large sea-view windows, floor to-ceiling doors, kitchen on each level, living and dining areas inside and out. The villa is spacious and lovely, with views from almost every room. A short walk through the garden brings you to the sea.
The Ground Floor Suite is the heart of the house with spacious fireplaced living room whose rustic wooden oak floors, oak ceiling beams and rich fabrics reflect a spirit of antiquity and dining room. It has two luxurious bedrooms with wooden oak floors (king size double and twin), each with its own en-suite bathroom plus an additional guest bathroom with laundry, with the internal wide oakwood stairs access to the Top Floor. The gourmet kitchen on the ground floor level has all the amenities and equipment for the home chef.
The Top Floor Suite with separate private entrance has one double king size bedroom with wooden oak floors , with bathroom and spacious living room.The additional, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor makes dining upstairs or down easy.
The Garden Level Suite has 2 double Bedrooms, with glass doors opening to the garden in the first bedroom (furnished with king size bed) and second bedroom (furnished with twin beds), full shared bathroom and small kitchenette suitable for breakfast or light supper. This is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples.

| Located on the beautiful Island of Vis which is the farthest island from the mainland and hence perhaps the cleanest part of the Adriatic. Set directly by the sea the villa enjoys stunning sea views and is just a short stroll from the beach. The town centre is about 9km away where you will find all the necessary conveniences. |
