Villa Korina is situated on the island of Brac, in the peaceful village of Mirca, just 30 meters from the beach and the sea. The villa features over 330 m² of interior space decorated with designed furniture and specious outdoor areas offering fabulous views of the sea and mainland.
The villa consists of a main house and guest annex which are connected with porches and terraces. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an extra toilet with a laundry, a spacious sitting room with a dining and a kitchen area. The guest annex has 1 more bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a smaller kitchen and a sitting room with a double sofa bed.
The master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to it there is a big bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub for two.
The master bedroom has direct exit to a huge roof terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The sea side outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 12, a pool deck area with a number of sun-beds and a 24m² infinity pool.
Villa Korina is surrounded with gardens and lawns and has direct access to a pretty pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small wine yard and a garden growing organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices where guests can help themselves.
The nearest restaurant is only 200 meters away from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes drive.
