Villa Orka is set on a low undulating hillside with magnificent panoramic views of the nearby mountains and valleys.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. In the main house there are 5 en-suite bedrooms with queen size beds each with TV and phone. A guest cottage has an en-suite room and its' own kitchen.
The outdoor heated swimming pool is asymmetrically shaped and includes a circular waterfall, fountain, whirlpool for 6 people with a table in the middle. There is also an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, an equipped gym with sound system and a Finnish sauna for 6 people.
Behind the whirlpool and sauna there is a fantastic massage chair with different programs. In the winter garden there is a professional billiard table and darts board. An entertainment area with bar, sound system and poker table can be found in the attic. The terrace can accommodate up to 25 people and is also suitable for outdoor meetings.
Next to the villa, beside the pool there is a small lawn made for playing soccer and a bowling field. Those that enjoy riding can practice their hobby with beautiful Lipizzaner horses nearby. The surroundings are a well known hunting area and there is also a trophy museum and a zoo located nearby.

| Located near the town of Sestanovac in the Dalmatian hinterland and about a 30 minute drive south east from Croatia's second largest city, Split. About 6km from the town centre where you will find amenities such as a grocery shop, pharmacy, clinic and bureau de change. The beach is approximately 25km away. |
